Refund Guidelines for Service Charges:
Service charges cover the broad array of services and guidance we offer as students navigate through the application and enrolment procedures.
Non-Refundable Services: Service charges are generally non-refundable, as they account for the administrative and support work initiated as soon as an application is submitted.
Exceptions: However, there are certain situations where a refund may be granted, as detailed below.
Conditions for Service Charge Refunds
Service Commitment: If Edmium is unable to fulfill specific services agreed upon in the contract between the student and Edmium, a refund may be considered.
Service-Related Issues: Should any major issues arise with the services provided by Edmium that affect your overall experience or your ability to achieve your educational goals, we will conduct a comprehensive review. However, administrative costs related to application processing, document verification, and initial assessments are non-refundable, reflecting the efforts invested by our team. Our goal is to resolve any service-related issues, and when necessary, we will consider refunds to ensure your satisfaction.
Application Fees:
Please note that application fees are paid directly by the student to the relevant university or institution. Edmium does not process or handle these payments. Any questions or concerns about the refund of these fees should be addressed to the university’s admissions office, as they are responsible for managing those payments.
Updating These Terms:
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect changes in our services, such as the addition of new features. Edmium reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. If any significant changes occur, we will notify you in a prominent way, either through an email sent to the address linked to your account or by posting a notice on our platform. Unless otherwise specified, changes will take effect upon posting.
By continuing to use our Services after changes have been implemented, you agree to the updated Terms. Any revised version of these Terms will replace all previous versions.
If these Terms are provided in a language other than English, they are intended for convenience only. In case of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
